Yes, it's now nearly three months later and I'm finally getting around to blogging this beautiful wedding.  Fear not, the bride has had these photos in her hand for a couple of months now :) Taylor & I were so thankful to be a part of Bryan & Aubrey's special day.  They had a beautiful ceremony & reception at the Cliff House in Manitou Springs, CO.  In addition to the beautiful setting, we were also blessed with a beautiful 65-degree-day.  In January! And as I write this on April 18th, its snowing... go figure! Here's a handful of our favorite images from this beautiful day.  Hope you like them as much as we do!

Albert & Lesa's Garden of the Gods Wedding

We've had the pleasure of working with this gorgeous couple before!  They're photogenic, they're fun, and they always come with fresh ideas :) So imagine our excitement when we got an email from Lesa telling us she was going to be "marrying her soldier" in a small courthouse-style wedding! We're so excited for these two and were so honored to be a part of their special day.  Thanks again, you two-- we wish you both the very best that life has to offer and are looking forward to working with you again in the future!

Megan's Senior Shoot

Taylor and I (Kortney) absolutely loved this senior shoot. Megan, our subject, was extremely photogenic - which made our job easy! The weather was also ideal for a late January shoot - overcast but warm.

November Recap

Hey guys!

As most of you know, November was a great month for us! However, I definitely fell behind on my goal of blogging after each shoot! So now I'm playing catch-up! Our Christmas minis were great - we had some good interest in them and got quite a few booked! We also booked a few of our "regular" mini shoots, and had a lot of fun with them as well.

November started off with a real treat for Keleigh and me - we were invited to capture a homecoming for an amazing woman whose husband was returning from a nine month deployment. The emotion that night was unbelievable, and it reminded us both of how blessed we are to have families who are willing to make the sacrifice to serve and protect our country. So to all of you who serve and your families - THANK YOU! Here are a few photos from that night:

Needless to say, we cried, but we're so thankful that we were able to experience this special occasion with this incredible family! 

We had the pleasure of photographing another military family shortly after. We did a Christmas photo shoot, and a maternity for them right after we'd set up our Christmas studio! Such fun! Here are a couple of my favorites:
